We are looking forward to another fun year of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) at Earlham Elementary! We will continue to encourage our Cardinals to show responsibility, respect and pride in all that they do.
The PBIS teacher committee has worked hard to update the programming and focus for this school year: promoting a positive and safe classroom culture and learning environment that is inclusive to all of our students. All elementary teachers will continue to recognize Earl’s Excellence and Cardinal Conduct students, and special teachers will recognize classes for their “golden” conduct awards monthly. New Cardinal Kudos, rewards, and celebrations for students help reinforce this focus.
In September, each classroom worked hard to name their classroom community, create a slogan and learn a secret handshake. They are also working as a team to receive Cardinal Kudos to earn a Glow Party in November. It's going to be a great year!
